Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your product and provide photos where applicable within the first 48-72 hours of receiving the item in order to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
Conditions of return
 • If for any reason you are not happy with your item please contact us to determine if a return or exchange will be suitable.
 • Contact me within 3 days of delivery at spunwithcare.suf@gmail.com ;
 • Please ship items back within 7 days of delivery ; 
 • Please, open you're package carefully, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the recipient (e.g. opening with a knife, scissors,sharp objects. Don't stab the package. Open carefully from the sides) ;
 • Buyers are responsible for return shipping  costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer  is responsible for any loss in value;
 • For the Returns & Exchanges (if deemed suitable) buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to be returned. Returned items must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you, with all packaging included. Please note, we do care of what we selling and items condition, and make a pictures and video before ship it out to you.
 • Once Item is received, refund will be credited back to the buyer.
 • For the damaged items you will be charged 50% of original price (shipping price not included).
