• This product is made using cozy Boucle fabric 

• Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before being marked as shipped for a full refund. Refunds/cancellations are only applicable if the item is "in progress"; shipped items are not eligible for cancellation.

• Package Handling: Open delivered packages carefully. We are not liable for damages caused during opening (e.g., using sharp objects). Please open carefully from the sides to avoid any harm to the contents.

• Returns & Exchanges: If dissatisfied with your item, contact us to determine eligibility for return or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging included.

• Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item in the specified condition, a refund will be issued to the buyer's original payment method.

• Damaged Items: Damaged items will incur a charge of 50% of the original price (excluding shipping). Please contact us immediately with applicable photos within 48-72 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

• Items will return to their original shape once opened. Minor stretching may be required.

• Wash items at a temperature of 30-40 degrees or use a lint roller to remove collected dust.

• Avoid high-temperature machine/hand washing to prevent fabric/color damage.

• Refrain from using cleaners containing chlorine, bleaches, or harsh chemicals.

• Do not spin dry; use delicate settings for drying.

• Dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.

• Use a steamer on low settings, if necessary, to smooth pillows.
