• Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before being marked as shipped for a full refund. Refunds/cancellations are only applicable if the item is "in progress"; shipped items are not eligible for cancellation.

• Returns & Exchanges: If dissatisfied with your item, contact us to determine eligibility for return or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging included.

• Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item in the specified condition, a refund will be issued to the buyer's original payment method.

• Damaged Items: Damaged items will incur a charge of 50% of the original price (excluding shipping). Please contact us immediately with applicable photos within 48-72 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

• Soft Cloth or Brush: Gently wipe the candle with a soft, dry cloth or brush to remove dust.
• Rubbing Alcohol (Optional): For a polished look, lightly moisten a cloth with rubbing alcohol and gently wipe the candle’s surface.
• Storage Tip: Store your candle in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight to avoid discoloration or melting.
