Materials are easy to care

Minky Plush fabric is expensive but extremely nice, super soft, and offers various colors. We chose this fabric so that everyone would enjoy our products. They're extremely addicting to use and be around!

-By placing your order, you AGREE to our shop policies and have read and understood pertaining item descriptions. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

-Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase/ or being marked as shipped for a full refund. ( Refunds/cancellations only applicable if item is "in progress," items that have been shipped are not applicable)

-Open delivered packages carefully, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the recipient (e.g. opening with a knife, scissors,sharp objects. Don't stab the package. Open carefully from the sides)

-For any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact us to determine if a return or exchange will be suitable.

-For the Returns & Exchanges (if deemed suitable) buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to be returned. Returned items must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you, with all packaging included.

-Once Item is received, a refund will be credited back to the buyer.

-For the damaged items, you will be charged 50% of original price (shipping price not included).

-Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your product and provide photos where applicable within the first 48-72 hours of receiving the item in order to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

Shipping:

If your item has been delivered, but you didn't received it:

-Please note that we are not a shipping company, and have the same information about your item as you do. We need your cooperation to find out what happened and help you out.

-Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.

-Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, your full name and delivery address.

-File the claim at post office about lost package. All post offices can use a GPS tracker that shows exactly where the package was dropped off. Which date, time and location.

-If your item was stolen from your address you will need to file police report to local department. Not the seller, not the shipping company can be responsible for unsecured location for delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to provide correct address and safe location for delivery.

-After completing these steps, please provide us record of claims or police report.

-Depends on the situation we will solve the problem together in the best way for both sides.

-No refunds can be issued without actual proof from the buyer and cooperation with previous steps.

-We are more than happy to assist in finding out what happened to the missing item.

-Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping/Delivery Time

-Shipping time varies depending on location. Items will ship out from Illinois and take on average 3-7 business days.

-You may view order status via login/ or email with tracking information.

-Carriers may vary between USPS and UPS.

-Make sure to verify your shipping address before placing an order.

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

-Returns, exchanges or cancellations are the responsibility of the buyer.
-Items will return to its original shape once opened. Minor stretching may be required.

-Plush items should be washed at a temperature of no higher than 30-40 degrees or use a lint roller to remove dust if collected.

-Avoid using high temperatures to machine/hand wash. May cause damage to fabric/colors. 

-Do not use cleaners containing chlorine, bleaches, or other harsh chemicals.

-Don't use spin drying in washing machine; Use only delicate settings to dry.

-Dry in a shaded space without direct sunlight, discoloration may occur.

-Steamer on low setting may be used to smooth pillow , if need be.

-Please follow care information card provided with your order.
